Welcome to SMS TOURS AND TRAVELS (smstravel.in). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read these carefully:
1. Booking & Payments
*All bookings are made based on availability.
* It may be mandatory to deposit a certain portion of the total amount (Advance) for confirmation of the booking.
* The balance has to be paid before the start of the journey or at the scheduled time by the driver/hotel.
* SMS Travels will not be responsible for any technical failures during online payments, however we will assist you with the solution.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
* If the customer cancels the booking, cancellation charges will be applicable, depending on the date and time of the journey.
* No refund will be given in case of no-show.
* The refund may take 7-10 working days to process and will be done through the original payment method only.
3. Vehicle Usage & Limitations
* The vehicle will only be used for the route and time decided during booking. Additional charges will have to be paid for additional kilometers or hours.
* Toll tax, parking fee, and state customs will have to be paid separately to the customer, unless mentioned in the package.
* Smoking, consumption of alcohol or illegal activities inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
4. Passenger Responsibility
* Passengers will have to protect their valuables (such as jewelry, cash, electronics) themselves. SMS Travels will not be responsible for any lost or stolen belongings during the journey.
* It is mandatory for passengers to carry a valid identity card (Aadhar Card/Voter ID) with them, especially at the time of hotel check-in and darshan.
5. Changes in Service
* SMS Travels reserves the right to change the route or time of the trip in emergency situations such as bad weather, natural disaster, strike, or technical fault. In such a situation, we will try to make alternative arrangements.
6. Privacy Policy
* Your personal information (name, phone number, email) will only be used for booking and service-related communications. We do not sell your information to any third party.
7. Dispute Resolution
* In case of any kind of dispute or legal matter, the jurisdiction will be vested in the Shirdi/Ahmednagar (Maharashtra) Court only.
