1. Cancellation Policy

Typically, the amount of the refund depends on how many days you're canceling before the trip:

 * Ahead of time: If you cancel well before the travel date (e.g. 30 days or more), you can get the rest back by deducting a nominal service charge.

 * Last Minute: Cancellations 0-7 days before the trip often result in no refund as hotel and transport bookings have already been confirmed.

 * Government Taxes/Flights: Refunds of flight tickets and government taxes (such as GST) are subject to airlines and government regulations.

2. Payment Policy

 * Booking Amount: To confirm the booking, a certain portion of the total amount (e.g. 25% to 50%) has to be paid in advance.

 * Balance Payment: It is mandatory to pay the remaining amount before the start of the journey or at the time of check-in.

 * Modes of Payment: They typically accept bank transfers, UPI, and online payment gateways.

3. Important things

 * No Show: If the passenger does not arrive on the journey without informing (No Show), no refund is given.

 * Amendments: If you wish to change the date of your visit, it will be based on availability and may incur additional charges.
